Tandoori Chicken

1kg chicken (drum sticks, thigh fillets or breast meat)

 250g Greek yoghurt

1 tablespoon Ginger

1 tablespoon Garlic

1/2 pack of Tandoori Spice mix

2 tablespoons Finely chopped coriander (optional)

Mix the ingredients together in a large glass bowl and then rub it over the chicken thoroughly.

 Leave to marinate for a minimum of 2hrs, preferably over night.

 Grill the chicken on the BBQ till cooked.

 Serve with a green salad or make a wrap.

 Also delicious with some fragrant basmati rice and dahl.

 Try not to use a hot plate as the chicken ends up getting stewed.
